Refund policy
ARTICLE ONE:
PRODUCT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR WARRANTY
The period for returns or exchanges is thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, Shanghai Chongsheng Techi International Trade Co., Ltd., business registration number 91310000MADBL8P73K (the “Company”), will not accept any returns or exchanges.
Only products that meet the following requirements can be returned:
(i) the original tag is still attached to the product;
(ii) the product is new, complete, and shows no signs of use; and
(iii) a receipt or document issued by the Company proving the purchase exists.
Returns are also applicable when the Company has sent a product that is not equivalent to the one ordered by the customer, which must be proven with a receipt or any other means.
Products sold by the Company have a 30-calendar day warranty from the date of purchase and will only apply if the product has a clear manufacturing defect. Products with signs of impact, breakage, stretching, moisture, or any other treatment that may affect their function or presentation will not be covered by the warranty.
ARTICLE TWO:
PROCEDURE FOR PRODUCT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR WARRANTY
To request an exchange or return, the customer must send an email to the address: customerservice@selva-secreta.com, attaching the corresponding receipt and explaining the reason for the return or exchange. A Company representative will indicate the address to which the product should be sent. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the product. The Company is not responsible for damages or losses that may occur during the return shipment.
Once the product is received at the indicated address, the Company will inspect the product and determine whether it is eligible for exchange, return, or warranty. If not eligible, the Company will explain the reasons for its decision. Once approved, the customer can immediately proceed to claim the replacement.
The Company will not refund money in cash for returns. Returns can be exchanged for products of equivalent price or a credit that can be used for future purchases from the Company.
Discounted products are not eligible for exchange, return, or warranty.
